It was reported that in the past week nine other people were sentenced to death by the Kaduha Court of First Instance in Rwanda for the murder of Emille Ndahimana

It was reported that in the past week nine other people were sentenced to death by the Kaduha Court of First Instance in Rwanda for the murder of Emille Ndahimana.
The court sitting in Kaduha found Andrew Nkundabagenzi guilty of planning to murder Ndahimana, who was due to testify against him for his role during 1994 genocide.
One Jean Bosco Ntimugurwa was sentenced to life imprisonment after pleading guilty to the charges against him. He testified to the court how the killings were carried out.
Another defendant, Severi Hagirimana, was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for knowing of the planned murder but failing to inform the relevant authorities in time.
