Kingston labourer Peter Dougal, 41, had his death sentence commuted to life imprisonment by the Jamaican Court of Appeal. He was sentenced for murdering Lloyd G. Brown, and his fiancée, Sandra Campbell in St Andrew on June 5, 2005.
