a man convicted of killing three children in Jamaica was sentenced to hang, in the first death sentence since legislators agreed to retain the penalty. Jeffrey Perry was convicted of killing his cousins, a 15 year old boy and two girls, ages 4 and 13.
The 34 year old said voices in his head led him to kill. A date for the execution has not been set.
