James Collier, 56, was executed.
In what authorities believed was an attempted kidnapping of his 13-year-old daughter, Collier went into the home of the girl's stepfather, Phillip Hoepfner, with a shotgun on March 14, 1995.
He killed Timothy Don Reed, 31, who lived there with Hoepfner, and also Reed's mother, Gwendolyn, 51.
