Janata Party president Dr Subramanian Swamy said he would go to the Supreme Court if the federal government failed to carry out the death sentence awarded to four persons convicted in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case by August 15.
The Supreme Court on May 12, 1998, had confirmed death penalty on the four.
"If the Centre did not carry out the orders of the Apex court by August 15, I will move the Supreme Court for this purpose", he said.
