JAPAN: FINAL APPEAL ON TOKYO SUBWAY GAS ATTACK REJECTED
Presiding judge Seiji Kanetsuki of Japan's Supreme Court rejected the final appeal of Seiichi Endo against his death sentence for the deadly 1995 nerve gas attack on the Tokyo subway which left 13 people dead.

Endo allegedly played a leading role in producing sarin gas, knowing what it would be used for.
