in Japan, the Tokyo High Court upheld a lower court decision to sentence a gangster, Kenichiro Yamada, 43, to death. Yamada and Masato Kohinata, 40, shot and killed three people on January 25, 2003, at a bar in Gunma Prefecture, according to the Maebashi District Court ruling of January, 2008.
