JAPAN: MAN APPEALS TO HIGH COURT OVER DEATH SENTENCE FOR TRIPLE MURDER

in Japan, Akihiro Okuymoto, 22, appealed his death sentence for killing his wife Kumiko, 24, baby Yuto, 5, and mother-in-law Takako Ikegami, 50, to the Fukuoka High Court's Miyazaki branch. Okuymoto was sentenced by the Miyazaki District Court to death on December 7, 2010, for the murders committed in Miyazaki on March 1, 2010.
