Jean-Pierre Bemba, a rebel leader in the Democratic Republic of the Congo accused government troops of executing 51 civilians in the north eastern town of Dongo. He said the government executed them with the pretext they were supporting rebels. He added that "they locked them all together in a house and they shot them. They executed 47 men and four women. It's incredible."
