Jeremy Bryan Jones was sentenced to death in Mobile for the Sept. 17, 2004 rape and murder of Lisa Marie Nichols, 44 whose slaying led authorities to link him to more than 10 other killings.

Circuit Judge Charles Graddick sentenced Jeremy Bryan Jones to die by injection.
Jeremy Bryan Jones has confessed to a number of killings across the country dating all the way back to 1992. But authorities have only been able to link him to 13 murders--charging him in three and getting a conviction in one. (see also OCTOBER 27, 2005).
