KENYA: MOBILE PHONE THIEVES SENTENCED TO DEATH

in Kenya, Baricho resident magistrate James Mwaniki sentenced Josphat Mureithi Mwangi, Andrew Mwangi Wandia and Joseph Gitaru Kimani to death for robbing Sarah Nduta of her mobile phone and Sh300 cash on June 14, 2010, at Baricho town in Kirinyaga West district. They were armed with a home made gun, toy pistols and knives. Nduta's was beaten and her leg was broken in the attack.
