KENYA TO REVIEW DEATH PENALTY - VICE-PRESIDENT

the Kenyan government is reviewing the death penalty, Vice-President Kalonzo Musyoka said. The vice-president said his office is consulting with the attorney-general and the president's offices to chart the way forward. "Some African countries like Rwanda have already abolished the death penalty; we may go in that direction if there is consensus", he said.
