KUWAIT: DEATH RULING IN CLERIC’S KILL

The Criminal Court has condemned to death by hanging the suspect in the murder of Kuwaiti cleric Abdul- Rahman Al-Senafi, and his accomplice sentenced to life imprisonment.
The case file indicated Al-Senafi went out with the suspected killer and his accomplice in August last year, and he was stabbed to death in course of an argument.
The suspect and his friend later dumped the lifeless body in front of a hospital and fled the scene but the CCTV recorded the incident, which helped in apprehending the perpetrators.
They were charged for kidnapping and premeditated murder.
