KUWAIT: DEATH SENTENCE UPHELD FOR EGYPTIAN IN COMPATRIOT KILL

the Kuwaiti Court of Appeals upheld the verdict of the lower court which had sentenced an Egyptian to death for killing and robbing a compatriot caretaker, Al-Anba daily reported. The accused was suffering from financial difficulties and was aware the victim had rent money collected from tenants. When the victim fell asleep he allegedly stabbed him to death.
