The Criminal Court in Kuwait has sentenced an expatriate, formerly a security guard at a school, to death for sexually assaulting a teacher from the same school, Al-Seyassah daily reported on August 25, 2024.
The Criminal Court in Kuwait has sentenced an expatriate, formerly a security guard at a school, to death for sexually assaulting a teacher from the same school, Al-Seyassah daily reported on August 25, 2024. According to the case file, the guard had sexually assaulted the teacher, after touching her inappropriately on some sensitive parts of her body and attempting to kiss her. The court’s decision was based on evidence presented by the Public Prosecution, including surveillance camera footage that corroborated the accusations against the defendant.
