KUWAIT: KUWAITI SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR SLAYING FRIEND IN KABAD

In Kuwait, the Criminal Court presided over by Justice Emad A-Mandil has sentenced a Kuwaiti man to capital punishment for murdering his friend in Kabad, reports Al-Rai daily.
Case papers indicate the accused during interrogations with the Jahra detectives, after he was arrested in Firdous, had admitted to shooting his friend over personal differences but had no intention to kill him.
Following the arrest the murder weapon was seized from the accused and both the weapon and the ‘murderer’ were handed over to the concerned authorities.
