Louis Griffin, 36, once sent to Alabama's death row has been found innocent at his retrial for a 1992 killing. Griffin was sentenced in 1998 to die in Alabama's electric chair for the shooting death of Christopher Lynn Davis. But the Alabama Supreme Court last year reversed the conviction partly on grounds that Griffin was not allowed to present evidence showing another man had pleaded guilty to the murder.
