Justices Zakaria, Sharif and Cheng of the Malaysian Federal Court affirmed the death penalty of Thien Teck Soon for trafficking in 95.77g of methamphetamine in 2007 inside a budget hotel in Limbang. Soon was sentenced to death by the High Court on September 27, 2007.
