an Indonesian businessman sentenced to death for drug trafficking in Malaysia was freed by the Federal Court. Judge Datuk Seri S. Augustine Paul ordered the five year sentence of Agus Agil, 48, to run from the date of arrest in 1998 and released him. Agus allegedly trafficked 450gm of methamphetamine at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport in Subang on May 16, 1998.
