Malaysian High Court Judge Datuk Mohd Yazid Mustafa sentenced Nagarajan Munisamy Jeyaraman, 39, to death for murdering dispatch B. Elanko, 31, on December 30, 2007.
According to testimony, Nagarajan tailed Elanko after a heated argument over some debts to her cousin G. Mogan’s home at the Pandan Jaya squatter area.
On his way, Nagarajan took a rusty knife from a scrap metal shop and barged into the house to stab Elanko in the chest, neck and thigh despite attempts by Mogan and his wife Nancy to stop him.
