MALAYSIAN COURT REJECTS APPEAL OF INDONESIAN SENTENCED TO DEATH

in Malaysia, a Putrajaya Appeals Court panel of judges led by Dato Clement Skiner rejected the appeal of Indonesian Muhammad Imron of Aceh, a.k.a Fernandez. He was sentenced to death after being arrested in April, 2004. The police confiscated 900gms of marijuana from his car and house.
