Mohammed Ali Hasan Seidam, 34, was killed in Rafah City after he had fled Gaza Central Prison. He was sentenced to death on December 16, 2008 by a military court for collaboration with Israel. He sustained bullet wounds to various parts of his body. His dead body was located in the area of Al Muharrarat, west of the city of Rafah.
