Mullahs’ henchmen cut off the right arm of a prisoner at the central square of Hamedan on the morning of Monday, January 5. The official Islamic Republic daily quoted a judiciary official on January 3 as saying that the arm of a man called Kazem was amputated at Moushak Square in Dezful “in keeping with the decisive treatment of agents of insecurity.”
