MYANMAR: BRIGADIER SERVED ‘CAPITAL PUNISHMENT’: GPRN/NSCN

Brig. Khungwang, alias Chipu Menon, was sentenced to death for treason “as per the National Yehzabo” by the Government of People’s Republic of Nagaland/National Socialist Council of Nagaland, in Myanmar. He allegedly passed information to Indian Military Intelligence in September 2009 that resulted in 2 deaths, killed 5 senior citizens from Bordoria and Kaimai village under Tirap in 1999, and extorted money from businesses and locals.
