Three Men Sentenced To Death For Robbery by an Ogwashi-Uku High Court in Delta State. The Court found them guilty on a two-count charge of armed robbery. The convicts are Benjamin Chijioke, 25; Kene Okonkwo, 24, and Emeka Maduagwu, 24. They came from the eastern part of the country to carry out the robbery following a tip-off by an informant from Otulu village in Delta State, who is currently at large. Prosecution told the court that the convicts, with three others now at large, on November 26 at Ogwashi-Uku judicial division, robbed Christopher Egbo, trader of N136,000, a Nokia handset valued at N7,500 while armed with rods, cutlasses and sticks.
