NINE SENTENCED TO DEATH IN CHINA

six people were sentenced to death and three to suspended death for drug trafficking in China. Cui Changui, Li Zhanyong, Yang Linqu, Zhao Jiandong, Liu Wentao and Yu Sifu received death sentences by the People's Intermediate Court of Luohe City in Henan province for selling, transporting and producing drugs. Liang Liancheng, Zheng Gongshe and Li Changmao, convicted for transporting and producing drugs, were sentenced to death with two years of reprieve.
