PAKISTAN: 15 GET CAPITAL SENTENCE IN KIDNAPPING CASE

In Pakistan, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Khairpur gave capital sentence to 15 accused in a kidnapping for ransom case.
Special Judge ATC Syed Saeed Hassan awarded death sentence to 15 accused including Nooral alias Nooro Jatoi, Sadoro Karrio, Imamuddin alias Imo Narejo, Momin Karrio, Muhammad Ayub Karrio Gull Hassan Junejo, Noorullah Junejo, Ghulam Sarwar Narejo, Tasleem Narejo, Dodo Jiskani, Hameed Jatoi, Juman Gadehi, Hakim Khoso and Khadim Narejo.
They were accused of attacking village Mehar Ali Ujjan in the jurisdiction of Abdul Rehman Unnar Police Station and kidnapped for ransom two villagers, Nisar Ali and Abid Ali Abbasi.
The accused including Imamuddin, Muhammad Ayub, Sadooro Karrio and Nooro Jatoi were arrested by police while remaining accused still absconding. The court proceeding were held inside the Sukkur Jail -1.
The court also ordered seizing the property of all accused.
