Another convicted of attempting to assassinate former President Pervez Musharraf in December 2003, was hanged at Adiala Central Jail in Rawalpindi.
Khalid Mehmood, a former Pakistan Air Force chief technician, was the seventh to be executed out of nine terrorists found guilty of trying to assassinate Musharraf.
Khalid, who was sentenced to death on 3 October 2005, met his family members before execution.
Pakistan lifted a moratorium on capital punishment in terrorism cases following the 16 December Taliban-perpetrated massacre at a military-run school in Peshawar in which 150 people, including 134 children, were killed.
Eight convicted militants have been hanged so far since the de facto ban on capital punishment ended.
