in Pakistan, Anti-Terrorism Court No.1 Judge Raja Muhammad Arshad sentenced Muhammad Farhan, alias Irfan, of Chak No.68 Jaranwala, to death for killing prize bond dealer Hajji Nadir and his son Mohsan Ali Nadir during a robbery in Anar Kali Bazaar within the jurisdiction of City Jaranwala police station on December 29, 2009. The court also awarded Farhan to pay compensation of Rs 1 million, a fine of Rs.1 million, 10-year imprisonment and fine of Rs 50000 under section 324 of PPC, 10-year imprisonment and fine of Rs 50000 under section 392 of PPC, and 3-year imprisonment and fine of Rs 50000 under section 411 of PPC.
