A death convict who had killed 3 persons was hanged in Central jail Mianwali on 4 May 2019. According to jail sources death convict Barkat had killed 3 persons in 2009 over a property dispute.
Sessions court had awarded death sentence to him for three times on 27 April 2009. The jail authorities executed him on 4 May morning while implementing court's orders.
