the Sindh High Court, Pakistan, dismissed the appeal of Syed Nayer Raza Zaidi for kidnapping but commuted his death sentence into life imprisonment. Zaidi had been sentenced to death by anti terrorism court in Karachi on November 26, 2003, after being found guilty of kidnapping for ransom.
