PAKISTAN: DEATH ROW CONVICT HANGED

A death row convict was hanged in Bahawalpur Central Jail early in the morning. Culprit Muhammad Anees, who was convicted for killing Ihsaan during a robbery bid in 1997, was executed following his death warrant issued by court. The body was handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities.
