PAKISTAN: DEATH SENTENCE COMMUTED

a division bench of the Lahore High Court comprising Justices Malik and Haq commuted the death sentence of  Punam Khan to life imprisonment. Baghbanpura police station registered a murder case on September 30, 2004, against Khan for killing Muhammad Sadiq.
