PAKISTAN: DEATH SENTENCE FOR KILLING JUDGE

Administrative Judge Raja Shehbaz Khan of the Anti Terrorist Court in Gilgit, Pakistan, awarded the death sentence to a person for killing a judge of same court. Rahim Gul Public Prosecutor said that Naveed Hussain was also fined Rs.300,000 for murdering Judge Jamshed Khan Jadoon in Gilgit City Park on June 24, 2006.
