in Pakistan, Rawalpindi District and Sessions Judge Nazir Ahmed Kajana sentenced Ghulam Abbas to death and fined him Rs100,000 for killing rivals Waqas Habib and Qaiser Sarfraz and wounding Muhammad Kaleem, Nadeem Ahmed, Abid Ali, Shahid Ali and Mohsin Kamal in Kahuta on February 10, 2008. Five others received life imprisonment.
