PAKISTAN: MAN GETS DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDER

a man was sentenced to death for murder by Additional District and Sessions Judge Rana Muhammad Yousaf and imposed a Rs100,000 fine on him. Convict Asghar allegedly murdered Pitras Masih over a marriage issue in 2006. The Nishtar Colony police had arrested the convict on the complaint of the deceased’s wife. In case of default, the convict would have to undergo six months more imprisonment.
