Prosecution said Naimatullah and his accomplice Kamran had shot dead Zeenat three years ago. After examining evidence and hearing witnesses, the court sentenced Naimatullah to death and awarded life imprisonment to Kamran. Each convict was ordered to pay Rs50,000 compensation to heirs of the deceased.
