The other accused was acquitted due to doubt.
On March 31, 2022, during a wedding ceremony in Chak Mithan, Nadar Ali Sumra along with his friend opened fire.
Irfan who was standing there was struck in the face and died.
The Civil Line police registered a case against the accused on the complaint of deceased’s brother Allah Dutta in April, 2022.
The police presented the challan in court, leading to the judgment in the case in which Nadar was found guilty and sentenced to death, while co-accused Zeeshan Kanira was acquitted of the charges.
