PAKISTAN: MURDERER AWARDED DEATH SENTENCE IN ISLAMABAD
The District and Sessions Judge (DSJ) East Islamabad Choudhary Mumtaz Hussain has awarded death sentence to an accused involved in a murder case of Police Station Koral, Pakistan Point News reported on September 27, 2018.

According to the details, Jawad Jameel with the help of his wife had murdered his uncle Mubashar Hussain over a domestic dispute in 2016.
The Police had registered a case number 318/16 under sections 302/34 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and arrested both the accused and presented the challan before the honorable court.
The court after hearing both the parties has awarded death sentence to the accused Jawad Jameel while his wife was released by giving the benefit of doubt.
The accused reserved the right to appeal.
