PAKISTAN: ONE GETS CAPITAL SENTENCE IN MURDER CASE

in Kasur, Pakistan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Ajmal Hussain sentenced Muhammad Arif to death and fined him to Rs 150,000. Arif was convicted of killing Hafiz Muhammad Asif over a kite flying issue on Basant about a year ago in Basti Bhassarpura of Saddar police station. The court acquitted co-accused Rashid and Asif giving them the benefit of doubt.
