PAKISTAN: SHC RESERVES JUDGMENT IN RAPE, MURDER CASE

a division bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) in Pakistan headed by Justice Shahid Anwar Bajwa reserved its judgment on appeals of ex-policemen Noor Mohammad. He was sentenced to death by the Anti-Terrorism Court for raping and murdering a three-year-old girl, Sana, on July 5, 2009, in the Korangi area.
