Paul Kreutzer, 30, was executed by injection. Kreutzer was convicted of raping and murdering Louise Ann Hemphill on Sept. 2., 1992. Kreutzer becomes the 4th condemned inmate to be put to death this year in Missouri and the 18th condemned inmate to be put to death this year in the USA.
