Prince William County Circuit Judge LeRoy F. Millette Jr. formally sentenced John Allen Muhammad to death. A Prince William County jury on november 24, 2003 recommended Muhammad receive the death penalty for the october 9, 2002 slaying of Dean H. Meyers. Muhammad is the man who orchestrated the shootings that killed 10 people in the Washington, D.C., area in October of 2002.
