Romanian Senate passed the extradition bill sponsored by Government. If the citizen about to be extradited was convicted for an offence liable to capital punishment in the requesting country, he will not be extradited until the Romanian authorities will receive "assurances" from that state saying that the capital punishment will not be executed and will be transformed into another punishment.
