Salih Izzet Erdis, the head of illegal Islamic Great Eastern Raiders Front organization, was sentenced to capital punishment by the Istanbul State Security Court no: 6. Erdis who is also known as "Salih Mirzabeyoglu", was sentenced to death on charges of "attempting to change the constitutional order by the force of arms" in accordance with the Article 146/1 of Turkish Penal Code.
