Saudi Arabia beheaded a Pakistani for heroin smuggling. Mohammed Rahman Mohammed Asghar was executed in the city of Khobar, after being found guilty of smuggling “a large quantity of heroin into the kingdom,” the Saudi Press Agency said. Asghar was the latest of 74 people to have been executed in the kingdom this year, according to an AFP tally.
