The Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia has issued an advisory informing citizens that a man has been sentenced to death on April 26, 2025.
The man, Saudi national Ali bin Abdullah bin Abdulkarim Al Rabah, was accused of committing terrorism crimes including joining a terrorist cell, shooting at security personnel, harbouring fugitives involved in terrorism cases, and possessing and using weapons to harm internal security.
A verdict was finalised after it was appealed and upheld in the Supreme Court.
The Ministry affirms the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing the provisions of Islamic law against anyone who violates the safety and rights of others.
It also warns that anyone tempted to commit such acts will face the consequences under Islamic law.
