Saudi Arabia executed an Indonesian woman, Warni Samiran Audi, for murder

Saudi Arabia executed an Indonesian woman, Warni Samiran Audi, for murder. A Saudi Interior Ministry statement said the Indonesian woman was executed in the east of the kingdom after murdering the Saudi wife of her work sponsor.
The Indonesian Minister of Manpower Bomer Pasaribu said the government did all it could to save the life of Warni Samiran Audi. The ministry's lawyers representing the maid were unable to obtain clemency from the victim's family which could have reverted the sentence.
