Saudi Arabia executed three Pakistanis

Saudi Arabia executed three Pakistanis for smuggling heroin into the conservative Muslim kingdom, the country’s Interior Ministry said. Ilias Ahmed Bashir, Dawa'i Khan Asheq and Mohammad Zaher Khan were executed in the Red Sea city of Jeddah, raising to at least 29 the number of people put to death this year in the kingdom where Islamic law is strictly enforced.
