SAUDI ARABIA. IRAQI BEHEADED FOR SMUGGLING HASHISH

an Iraqi national was beheaded by the sword after being convicted of smuggling hashish into the ultra-conservative kingdom, the interior ministry said.
Hakem Rajouj Mutair al-Ziyadi was caught red-handed attempting to smuggle an undisclosed amount of hashish using a motorbike, the ministry said in a statement carried by SPA state news agency.
He was executed in the northern town of Rafha, along the border with Iraq.
